Cyclone Evan Stalls Over Western Samoa

This morning it’s very calm in American Samoa. The cyclone has continued to sit over Western Samoa. Illustrations from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center show Cyclone Evan is slowly turning back away from American Samoa.
