Listen to Hawaii’s Humpback Whales Singing LIVE!

March 20, 2013

Did you know you can listen to Hawaii’s whales singing live via the internet?

With the 2013 Whale Season almost over…there’s only a short time left to enjoy Jupiter Foundation’s live streaming of Hawaii’s humpback whales singing!

The sounds you will hear come from the area just off Puako along the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The waters along the Kohala Coast are part of the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary (NOAA). If you want to do more than just hear these whales, stop by Pu’ukohola Heiau National Historic Site (about five miles north of Puako) for the park’s weekly whale watches: every Friday through March 29 (9am-11am).

I always love your poohts, I was just in Hawaii this July on Oahu! I love those big trees and the blue ocean. I miss it too but it\’s nice to see it for yourself and dream about it from time to time. :)
