Kilaue continues to spread and grow

Join ranger B.G. as he ventures to the world’s most continuously erupting volcano- Kilauea. Both a geologic wonder and a cultural treasure for native Hawaiian’s, Kilauea is a fascinating and constantly changing place. Roads, visitor centers, subdivisions, and cultural sites have been devoured by the lava. Yet new island land is created. Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park on the Island of Hawai’i is an amazing place for these and many other reasons.
